College Football Freshmen Updates

These were the top 10 for 2006 on Rivals.com and there current stats.

1. Percy Harvin WR Florida - In 5 games (he missed one cuz injuries) Percy has 10 receptions for 163 yards and 1 TD, and 9 carries for 92 yards rushing.

2. Andre Smith OL Alabama- Smith is currently starting at Left Tackle for the Tide. Not bad for a freshman!

3. Chris Wells RB Ohio State- In 6 games, Wells has 180 yards on 44 carries with an avg. of 4.1 YPC. He also has 1 rushing TD and 2 receptions for 16 yards.

4. Gerald McCoy DT Oklahoma- He has not accumulated any stats yet, so he probably was red-shirted or something. McCoy is lagging….He does backup our boy DeMarcus Granger who was a super-teamer!

5. Sergio Kindle LB/King Texas- This beast has 14 tackles in 4 games played with 2 tackles for a loss. He is the real-deal and has been injured this year. When he is fully healthy, I guarantee he takes Scott Derry’s job.

6. Matt Stafford QB Georgia- As Logan might say “I aint doin’ too well”, neither is Stafford. He is 38-80 with 496 yards, 1 TD, 4 INT’s, and an abysmal 47.5 completion percentage. He has played in all 6 games for the Joe Tereshinski’s.

7. Vidal Hazelton WR USC- He has played only one game where he had 1 catch for 8 yards.

8. C.J. Spiller RB Clemson- Spiller arguably has had the biggest impact this year with his 49 carries for 334 yards and 4 TD’s. He also has 10 catches for 130 yards and 1 TD.

9. Allen Bradford LB USC- Bradford has moved to S and RB. He has 1 tackle and 16 rush yards and a TD. Speaking of USC RB’s, crunk-ass Emmanuel Moody has 394 yards and 2 TD’s. Shout out to another Texas Boy doin’ it big!!!

10. Mitch Mustain QB Arkansas- Mustain his 4-0 and has 574 yards, 53.3% completion, and 6 TD’s with 5 INT’s. He also has a rushing TD.
