R.I.P. Croc Hunter

The man known as the crocodile hunter Steve Irwin, has died. He was diving off of Queensland's Great Barrier Reef (Australia) when a stingray barb got him in the heart. He leaves behind his wife Terri, and their two kids. Steve was 44.

Hay Pobrecito. but how the heck are you going to get stung in the heart by a stingray. At least he went out cool.

he tamed crocs, snakes, and scorpions, but who would've thought the stingray was such a tough S.O.B.

This is one of the saddest things I've ever heard. Dad told me on the phone this morning. I loved watching him on Animal Planet. He was great. Ironic though no huge croc got him, but a stupid stingray. At least he died doing what he loved most. I will miss him so much.

how will you miss him "so much"? I think you watched his show once maybe. Much more sadder loss - John Ritter
