Speeder's AFC East

The Buffalo Bills don’t have much going for them this year. The O will struggle. A few bright spots are Willis McGahee, Lee Evans, and the return of TE Kevin Everett(from da U) from injury. The bad thing is that Peerless Price and Evans are both "two receivers". Hell, Peerless is a third receiver! Now the D, besides Takeo Spikes, Terrence McGee, Nate Clements and old London Fletcher, doesn't appear too promising. They did draft Whitner, Simpson, and Youboty all for the secondary. Sorry Tim Russert, at least you can get a high pick for the 07 draft.

The Dolphins are lookin good! They are finally movin in the right direction to return to glory. Nick Saban is one of the best coaches in the NFL in my opinion, and he has acquired some serious offensive firepower. Culpepper, Ronnie Brown, and Fred Beasley form a sick backfield. Unlike Buffalo, they have great wide outs in Chris Tucker, Randy McMichael, Kelly Campbell, Marty Booker, and even Wes Welker. The D is also strong. It has some young studs like Channing Crowder, Deke Cooper, and rookie Jason Allen. I think the Phins can really contend for the AFC championship. Are you happy Bo?

The Jets are also in trouble. There offense is not explosive. Curtis is old as hell, Pennington is just crappy, Laveranues Coles had one good year, and two rooks will start on the o-line. The D could be worse! If I may quote Sandlot, “Except for Rodriguez, you're all an insult to the game.” Jonathon Vilma is Benny the Jet, the rest of the D, besides Shaun Ellis and Eric Barton, is flat weak. Too bad for Greeny. There’s nothing else to say about these losers.

Now for New England. With Deion Branch wanting a new deal, an aging sea-doo, and a stripped team (no Willie McGinest, David Givens, Bethel Johnson, Vinatieri) they should be worried right? Wrong. As long as they have Tom Brady, there contenders. They drafted Laurence Maroney, Chad Jackson, David Thomas, Garrett Mills, and Rodney Harrison is back. Him and T-Buck form a solid safety tandem. Belichick and his staff always seem to find players who aren’t famous but can play. The Pats are cocked, locked, and ready to unload.

Predictions for AFC East:
1. Miami Dolphins
2. New England Patriots
3. New York Jets
4. Buffalo Bills
